Concerned about security in Colombia?

Since 1999 Grupo Gales has organized numerous events visited by more than 300 international exhibitors and there's never been any inconvenience in terms of security. Below you will find a testimonial from one of our previous visitors..

For those who haven't visited Bogota before, I would like to add my support to Hugo's email below -

..."I attended last year's fair and was also concerned about feeling at risk and/or in danger, prior to my arrival to Colombia. I felt safe and secure during my entire time in Bogota. Clearly you have to be careful and aware as you must do in many major cities throughout the world. I would equate the experience as similar to being in London or Belfast at the height of "The Troubles". The hotel is highly security conscious. While of course there are no guarantees of being safe anywhere in the world now, you are in good hands with Hugo and as long as you follow the advice of the locals (who are exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming) probably your biggest danger in Bogota is Hugo's sense of humour!"
